It has been confirmed by Piquet that Renaul has terminated his contract with immediate effect which means we will no longer see Piquet driving a Renault in the race course for the rest of the GP eventhough if Renault successfully appeal from the ban.

Piquet's career life with Renault is rather short since 2008. He has endured a tough time this season but fail to score in the top 10 races.

Piquet was a test driver before he promoted to race driver. But his poor performance has lead him out from the team. However Piquet would like to defend himself by complaining the different treatment from the team such as shorter practice hour and heavier car load.

No matter what, it's a fact that Piquet is out from Renault and he is looking forward for another good step ahead of him.
